PLUMBING TECHNICIAN
- Install all plumbing fixtures including gas & electric water heaters
- Ability to snake & clean all types of drains
- Good working knowledge of pex, copper & galvanized water/drain lines
- Ability to troubleshoot hidden problems with water & drain lines
QUALIFICATIONS

- HIGH work reliability
- EXTREMELY detail oriented
- EXPERIENCED problem solving skills
- Ability to PERFORM in a fast paced environment
Must be able to provide transportation between scattered site properties
Have valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Have own personal tools for maintenance related work
Pass a background and drug test
Full Time Position
plus occasional evenings and weekends
