Positions Needed

Property Maintenance

Seeking enthusiastic employee with a minimum of 3 years residential property maintenance experience. Successful candidates will be reliable, possess problem-solving skills, and able to work independently or with a team.

PAY: $17 – $22, Negotiable based on experience & skill set.

FULL-TIME  POSITIONS AVAILABLE : With Opportunity for growth and advancement

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • HVAC Certifications preferred but not required
    • Appliance Repair Skills preferred but not required
    • Electrical Work (Outlets, switches, light fixtures, ceiling fans, fuses, breakers, etc.)
    • Plumbing (toilets, gaskets, wax rings, faucets, snake toilets & drains, etc.)
    • Building Maintenance / Carpentry (install & repair doors, windows, cabinets, etc.)
    • Some Hauling & Heavy Lifting

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
  • Must have own personal tools used in maintenance.
  • Must have own transportation.
  • Must pass background check and drug test.
  • Effective written and oral skills / Computer skills required

Licensed Trades

Seeking enthusiastic employee with a minimum of 2 years licensed trade experience. Successful candidates will be reliable, possess problem-solving skills, and able to work independently or with a team.

Contractors

Seeking enthusiastic employee with a minimum of 2 years contractor experience. Successful candidates will be reliable, possess problem-solving skills, and able to work independently or with a team.

Finance Associate

The finance associate is responsible for accurate and timely processing of financial transactions related to property management activities. This includes preparing tenant notices, maintaining financial records, processing invoices, managing accounts, and preparing reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Process and reconcile invoices, while ensuring timely payment and proper documentation.
– Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments, rental payments and A/R collections.
– Accurately enter financial data into accounting software.
– Maintain accurate and organized financial files, both digital and physical.
– Assist with other financial tasks as assigned by the Executive Director.
– Provide excellent customer service to tenants and vendors.
– Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 5yrs+ experience.
    • Proficiency in Accounting Software (Propertyboss, Yardi, Quickbooks).
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Microsoft Office.

PAY
$18.00-$19.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
Shift: Monday thru Friday 8:30 am – 5 pm
